Refund and Returns Policy

This is the Water Sprite Refund and Returns policy. It must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This site does not offer returns. Our products are produced on demand to satisfy your order and we are unable to receive or process returns. Please ensure that you are ordering the item you expect with the design that you want. Clothing pages include sizing tables so you can ensure the clothing fits before purchase. Please verify sizes on the sizing table, as sizes vary from country to country. A return will NOT be accepted if you ordered the wrong size, or for any other reason.

As products on this site are produced specifically to satisfy your order, laws in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions which guarantee a right of return for online orders DO NOT APPLY TO THIS SITE.

Refunds or replacement products are only available in very limited circumstances. Items defective due to a manufacturing fault or damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. A manufacturing fault includes where the item shipped does not match the specified size or colour ordered (where these are selectable on order).

Statutory warranties may also apply.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply. You are reminded that any purchase from this site is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. This provides that the laws that apply in the Australian Capital Territory in Australia exclusively operate with respect to this sale. Claims for refunds or returns asserted to exist on any other basis will not be entertained.

Refunds or Replacements

Items that are defective due to a manufacturing fault, or that are damaged by our carrier during delivery to you, will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. A manufacturing fault, for these purposes, includes any situation where the product shipped is not the product ordered, even if the product shipped is not otherwise defective. It is not always possible to supply a replacement item, and we reserve the right not to do so and to instead refund the full purchase price.

To advise us of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Please provide evidence of purchase, and photographic evidence showing the defect or damage. If you are claiming damage during delivery, please provide photographic evidence of the parcel on delivery. Photographs must show any damage to both the external and the internal packaging, as well as to the product itself. We require evidence in order to claim for damages from the carrier. We will respond to your contact within two weeks.

In rare circumstances, we may request you to ship the defective or damaged item, in its packaging, back to us or to the manufacturer so that we can address issues with the manufacturer. Only ship items to us if specifically requested to do so, and in accordance with any instructions given to you for that purpose. If we request you to ship items back to us, we will pay for the shipping.

Statutory Warranty

Australian law entitles you to a replacement item or a full refund where that item is not fit for purpose or otherwise not as described. We take great care to ensure our items are sourced from manufacturers that reliably produce our items in a way that will be suitable for the normal and expected uses for an item of that type, and in accordance with our descriptions of the item.

If you believe an item you have purchased is not fit for a normal and expected purpose, or is otherwise not as described, please contact us through our Contact Us page with full details (including photographs if possible) of how the item is not fit for the purpose or not as described so we can assess your claim. We will advise you of the outcome of that assessment within two weeks, and any further steps we propose to take.
