This is our statement under our Transparency Policy for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.

As you will see, the online business didn’t do anything significant for the year. Strictly speaking there isn’t much point to making this statement, however in the interest of complying with the Transparency Policy, I have made it anyway.

Most of my energy for the last financial year has been focussed on setting up physical product printing and getting our Canberra-based market stalls set-up and operating. That is now sorted, so expect to see more effort on the online presence in this year.

Tiers Statement

• Zero creators achieved higher than Tier 1.
• Creator-months for Tier 1: 36 (3 creators @ 12 months each).

Expenditure Statement

• The total amount distributed as licencing fees: Not reported.
• Total annual advertising cost: Not reported.
• Payments to Water Sprite family members:
  • AUD$0.00 was paid to Water Sprite family members for the administration, management and operation of the Water Sprite Shop website.
  • AUD$0.00 was paid to staff or contractors to undertake administration, management or other operational tasks (zero staff or contractors).
  • In excess of 40 hours was donated by family members for the administration, management and operation of the website.
• Profit distributed from the Water Sprite Shop: AUD$0.00 (significant contributions were made by family members to pay the ongoing expenses of the site and its operation).

Water Sprite market stall operations are not reported in this statement. Stalls do not use the online service in any way, and only sell physical products (either family products or commission items) to which the Tier system does not apply.
